These marketplaces are where treasure hunters practicing their keen eyes sight and bargain hunters sharpening their bargaining skills. Farmers' market is where farmers offer their farm fresh produces. It is a good marketplace for local chefs.

What inspired and therefore transpired me to built this website is what I have seen at a local swap meet few months ago. I saw two teenage boys smile with all enthusiasm and shear joys as they walked around a local swap meet with small old used gasoline engines in their hands. I wondered what are they going to do with such gasoline engines? However, in the back of my mind, I hope one day those two boys will build green engines that do not require so much gasoline or better yet an engine that propel humanity out of this solar system.

What so attractive about swap meet, flea market and farmers' market are that of fresh air, open atmosphere, easy going family oriented environment, and antiquity within chaos. It is often the case where you will find something at a swap meet which you really want but could not get during your childhood days. Such memory revisit is priceless. These marketplaces have a sense of community, there are connections between the vendors and the shoppers. In many cases, both the buyer and the seller are happy to close a deal. Another important point about swap meet, flea market and farmers' market are that they preserve the free and open market atmosphere, the way of life when men first began to barter and to trade freely.
